Discover your purpose.

Maximize your potential.

Live with passion.

It’s easy to obsess over all the things you feel you’re not—not successful enough, not happy enough, or just plain not enough.

But what if you could reframe the lens to focus on what you are? What if you stopped fixating on your weaknesses and leaned into your strengths?

Strengths coaching isn’t about changing who you are—it’s embracing who you are at your core and becoming the best possible version of yourself.

My job is to help you get out of your own way, discover your unique combination of talents, and build on your God-given gifts.

Hi there, I’m Ann

Gallup-certified strengths coach, bold lover of God, and master encourager.

I help people discover and develop their unique potential to live an empowered life full of joy, passion, and purpose.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

After raising a family and a successful 35-year career as a court reporter, I had stability but no passion. When God called me to do more, I listened.

As part of my journey of self-discovery, I took the CliftonStrengths assessment. When I read the results, it was like a light bulb went off. I didn’t realize the relationship-building talents I possessed were my unique superpower.

I’d spent my life serving others, which often left me feeling unappreciated. Learning about my strengths helped me understand why I was created this way—to see my empathy as a gift instead of a weakness. With the support of my coach, I learned to manage my weaknesses and intentionally apply my strengths. I was able to step fully into my potential.

Since then, I’ve been able to let go of my expectations of others and connect with them on a deeper level. It’s brought more energy, ease, and enjoyment to every aspect of my life.

After decades of recording peoples’ problems as a court stenographer, I felt compelled to be a part of the solution. I became a Gallup-certified strengths coach to help others find the joy I’ve found. My purpose is to help you find yours!

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Lead with Compassion

I know what it’s like to hold yourself to impossible standards. When we work together, I will always listen without judgment.

Embrace
Possibility

By focusing on what if instead of what is, I’ll help you envision the life you want and work toward creating it.

Never Stop Growing

It’s easy to stay small. As your coach, I’ll always encourage you to reach for a better, more confident version of yourself.

Introduction to Ann Morris, Gallup strengths coach.

Pet peeve: People who look at life through a lens of negativity and resign themselves to the status quo. I believe we’re always able to learn and grow, and doing so will keep us feeling excited about what life has to bring.

My favorite things: Spending time with my granddaughters, quiet time with God in the morning, interior design, and connecting with friends and family over a shared meal and good wine.

I’ll always be honest about: What’s holding you back from growth and how to proactively apply strategies to achieve your goals.

My top strengths: Empathy, belief, futuristic, positivity, and developer.

When I’m not working you can find me: Walking and enjoying nature, dining outwith my husband, playing a board game or cards with friends, reading a book, or enjoying downtime with my rescue cat, Little Girl Blue.

Everything you need to create a life of greater meaning and joy is already inside of you. All you need to do is let it out.
